The app may request permission to collect and record your location which will be used to track the app users. Since this is an application for the delivery man, tracking location ensures that they are physically visiting the locations assigned to them.

This application may request permission to display notifications and sense vibration to the user while the app is in use. These notifications may include updates on order status, deliveries, and other relevant information related to the delivery service. Users can manage notification settings through their device settings at any time.
The application may request access to the dialer to enhance the user experience. Specifically, it allows for easier contact with customers by enabling quick dialing of customer phone numbers listed within the app. This access may also be used to improve the overall functionality and user experience of call-related features within the application. The app may utilize this access to place calls directly to customer phone numbers. Users have the ability to enable dialer access permission within their device settings at any time.
The application may request full network access to track if Wi-Fi or cellular network is being used. Since this is an online application, it requires the user to have internet access to remain connected for progress syncs and updates.
The application may require the usage of AdId and attribution API’s which are required by Google Play to track attribution for app installation.
The application may require access to track efficiency of the application performance records in Google Firebase Crashlytics and analytics. Moreover, it may use permission to track advertisement analytics for google campaign management.
The application may require access to phone awake status API on important instances where the application is required to remain awake such as syncing data, starting delivery journey, invoice generation etc.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
