Collaborating with Salesflo, a field force performance enhancement technology partner, Mondelez introduced the innovative Master Distributor and Sub-Distributor Model (MDSD). This pioneering model added two sub-levels of hierarchy beneath each sub-distribution node, unlocking a wealth of data on product movement, sales, and inventory. The impact was profound—improved data visibility, precise claims calculation, and automation of over 50 sub-distribution nodes, revolutionizing Mondelez’s distribution network and operations in Pakistan.
Initially, Friesland Campina held in-person meetings for communication and management with their team. Salesflo completely democratized information by moving the company’s 4S program from morning meetings to salesman handhelds.
This empowers their salesmen to make intelligent decisions. For 1000 salesmen, there are live views of all KPIs including strike rate, productivity, SKUs per call, daily value target, ranking within distribution, etc.
Salesflo increased the sales force effectiveness of two leading companies in the FMCG industry. We made a year-on-year progress and because of this, our clients received massive revenue growth.
In year 1, Salesflo ensured field force physical visits at outlets from 60% to 90%. This resulted in coverage increase, bill size & LPPC. In year 2, we grew the in-field time, average ranging from 2.5-3 hours, thereby improving in-market execution by +2 hours average time over 6 months. In year 3, Salesflo introduced the Work With Module. This ensured optimized stock levels through must-haves and MOQ by SKU options.
Salesflo enables the mapping of Pakistan’s retail universe. It segregates stores in urban/rural areas based on GIS support. This is followed by PJP creation for the entire salesforce.
